Automated production line

Five stations, one line.

An automated production line from RUOPENGLU LIMITED links filling, closing, labeling and packing so each unit moves to the next station on its own.

  1. 01

    Infeed

    Empty bottles, jars or cartons enter on a controlled conveyor and are spaced for the first station.

  2. 02

    Fill

    The product is metered into the container. The station holds if a container is missing.

  3. 03

    Close

    Caps, pumps or lids are placed and checked before the unit moves on.

  4. 04

    Label

    A label is applied and a sensor confirms it is present and seated.

  5. 05

    Pack

    Finished units go into cases and leave the line for storage or dispatch.

    Clear guards close over moving stations. A door that opens stops that station.
